How does it work?
Can I cancel my subscription?
We’re sad to see you go! To cancel, simply log into your account, go to the “Account Details” section, and click “Cancel Subscription.” Please remember that if you cancel, you will lose access to your recording, and it will become the sole property of Years Ago Limited.
Is my recording truly private?
Absolutely! Your recordings are stored securely, and only you will have access to them. We prioritize your privacy.
Can I share my recording with others?
Recordings are locked on our secure server and can only accessed by you on your set date (or earlier if you choose to unlock earlier – please see FAQ – What if I want to unlock my video before the set date?). As soon as it is unlocked, you can share your moments as you please.
Why can't I do it myself?
You can! But can you be sure you will:

That’s where we come in! We handle everything for you, ensuring your recordings are secure and easily accessible when the time comes.
How long can my recording be?
You can record for as long as you’d like! There’s no time limit – it’s all about sharing your thoughts freely.
What payment methods do you accept?
What happens if Years Ago loses my video?
If we lose your video, we sincerely apologize. Years Ago Limited will refund all the subscription fees you’ve paid, plus an additional 20%.
How do i get help if i have more questions?

What if i want to unlock my video before the set date?
If you’d like to unlock your video early, log into your account, go to the “Vault” section, and click “Unlock”. Please note that there is a fee of 25% of the remaining balance due to the costs we’ve already incurred. The video will then be unlocked within 24 hours.
